Lumen Legal Benefits Package

Lumen Legal offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible contract employees.

Eligibility
Employees are eligible to elect benefits on the first of the month following 90 consecutive days of full-time employment or as otherwise noted. Full-time employment consists of working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Contribution
Lumen Legal makes a contribution towards the cost of individual medical insurance benefits.

Medical
Employees are eligible for various PPO plans depending on assignment location.

Dental
Dental coverage can be selected without electing medical insurance.

Vision
Vision coverage can be selected without electing medical insurance.

Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Lumen Legal pays for a basic $15,000 life insurance policy when an employee elects medical insurance. Other life insurance and AD&D coverage is available.

Long-Term Disability
Lumen Legal pays for a long-term policy when the employee elects medical insurance.

Section 125 Benefits
Lumen Legal offers an IRS approved Section 125 "cafeteria" plan. Eligible employees can set aside pre-tax earnings to pay for certain medical and/or dependant-related costs.

Payroll Direct Deposit
All employees are immediately eligible to have their payroll checks deposited directly into their checking and savings accounts.

401(k) Plan
Lumen Legal employees may enroll in a non-matching 401(k) plan and select from various funds and manage their own accounts. Employees are eligible after 90 days of full-time employment.

Discount Programs
Lumen Legal employees can take advantage of various discounts and special offers. Programs may include: childcare, cell phone plans, internet access, fitness clubs, computers, movie theatres and amusement parks. Discount programs are available to full- or part-time employees.
