Lumen Legal Benefits Package
Lumen Legal offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible contract employees.
Eligibility
Employees are eligible to elect benefits on the first of the month following 90 consecutive days of full-time employment or as otherwise noted. Full-time employment consists of working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Medical
Employees are eligible for a medical plan.
Dental
Dental coverage with or without orthodontics can be selected without electing medical benefit plan.
Vision
Vision coverage can be selected without electing the medical benefit plan.
Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Life insurance and AD&D coverage is available.
Short & Long-Term Disability
Short Term & Long term disability insurance is available.
Section 125 Benefits
Lumen Legal offers an IRS approved Section 125 "cafeteria" plan. Eligible employees can set aside pre-tax earnings to pay for certain medical and/or dependant-related costs.
Payroll Direct Deposit
All employees are immediately eligible to have their payroll checks deposited directly into their checking and savings accounts.
401(k) Plan
Lumen Legal employees may enroll in a non-matching 401(k) plan and select from various funds and manage their own accounts. Employees are eligible after Six (6) Months of full-time employment.
